We offer a 15-day Exchange/Refund policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange or refund.

Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or refund, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by the order receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

  • The wrong item

Contact us as soon as possible with clear photos or videos of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
